Our website address is: https://www.oxmxl.com

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

respectfully, it’s already fall in my head 🎃🍂 aka respectfully, it’s already fall in my head 🎃🍂 aka time to romanticize the little things again: baking treats that are almost too cute to eat, cozy playlists, and pretending it’s already 58° outside ☁️
the seasonal depression is clocking out and the seasonal joy is reporting for duty 🤭 see you in the kitchen making all the cozy little recipes again 🍪🕯️⏲️

things in my migraine starter pack that actually e things in my migraine starter pack that actually earned their spot 🎯🤕 #CEFALYpartner
I’ve suffered from migraines since I was a kid, so trust me when I say I’ve tried everything. my drug-free starter pack has stayed pretty much the same for years… my CEFALY, my migraine cap, and now the CEFALY app has fully joined the lineup.
it’s not just tracking. it syncs with my Apple Watch so I can see how my sleep + activity actually affect my migraines, it sends me reminders so I stay consistent with treatments (streak tracking > everything), and I can control my device straight from my phone mid-session. lazy girl tech at its finest.
if you’ve ever left a migraine trying to figure out what even caused it, the app kind of solves that mystery for you
my code OXMXL15 saves you on a CEFALY device if you want to start building your own starter pack 🔗 link in bio

PA RESIDENTS: your signature is needed by August 4 PA RESIDENTS: your signature is needed by August 4th 🚨 (yes, yours. keep reading)
so let’s talk about it. our congressman made 600 stock trades worth up to $14 MILLION using info he only has because of the job we pay him to do. they literally call him the “top day trader in congress.” that’s not a compliment, that’s a red flag with a committee seat.
the receipts:
🧾 sold his Medicaid stocks right before voting to cut Medicaid in a region where almost 1 in 3 people are on it
🧾 bought caterpillar stock weeks before they got a $980M government contract… stock went up 212%
🧾 said he’s not involved in his trades, then got caught on audio planning his trades. sir.
and here’s the part that’s about YOU: your energy bill is going up. 23,000 PA jobs are going away. thousands of people here are losing Medicaid.
we got the bill. he got the profit.
they’re counting on you thinking this is too complicated to care about. it’s not. it’s your hospital, your energy bill, your county—and right now your signature is the only thing standing between this being “just how it is” and it being against the rules.
the fix is literally one sentence: if you learned it bc you hold office, you can’t profit from it. Lackawanna + Luzerne are putting it on OUR November ballot but only if we hit the signature goal by August 4th.
